El Día Internacional del Libro es una conmemoración celebrada a nivel internacional, establecido por la UNESCO, celebrada cada 23 de abril desde 1996 en varios países, con el objetivo fundamental de fomentar la lectura.
La elección del día 23 de abril como fecha idónea para celebrar el Día Internacional del Libro, procede de la coincidencia del fallecimiento de los escritores Miguel de Cervantes y William Shakespeare en la misma fecha del año 1616.

REGRESO AL FUTURO de Robert Zemeckis (EE.UU. 1985)

El próximo miércoles disfrutaremos de una película de ciencia ficción, divertida y amena que se ha convertido en un clásico de los años 80. La película tuvo tanto éxito que se rodaron 2 secuelas más.
Sinopsis: El adolescente Marty McFly es amigo de Doc, un científico al que todos toman por loco. Cuando Doc crea una máquina para viajar en el tiempo, un error fortuito hace que Marty llegue a 1955, año en el que sus futuros padres aún no se habían conocido. Después de impedir su primer encuentro, deberá conseguir que se conozcan y se casen; de lo contrario, su existencia no sería posible.

Next Wednesday we will enjoy a fun and entertaining science fiction movie that has become a classic of the 80s. The film was so successful that 2 more sequels were shot.
Synopsis: The teenager Marty McFly is a friend of Doc, a scientist they all take for crazy. When Doc creates a machine to travel through time, a fortuitous error causes Marty to arrive in 1955, year in which his future parents had not yet met. After preventing their first encounter, you must get them to know each other and get married; otherwise, its existence would not be possible.

El pasado sábado se celebró el tradicional Día Abierto en todas las instalaciones del Colegio SEK-El Castillo.
El Grupo de Teatro de la Residencia ha compartido con todos los asistentes “La Magia de la Residencia”, mostrando la magia de la música en directo y un pequeño espectáculo de magia de cerca.
También se mostró un stand con información sobre el programa “Duke of Edimburgh´s.”

Last Saturday, the traditional Open Day was held in all the facilities of the SEK-El Castillo School.
The Residence Theater Group has shared with all the attendees «La Magia de la Residencia», showing the magic of live music and a small magic show up close.
There was also a stand with information about the «Duke of Edimburgh’s» program.
