El mago español Jorge Blass dirige por décima vez el Festival Internacional de Magia que se celebra en el Teatro Circo Price. Los mejores magos del mundo se dan cita en la ciudad de Madrid con la intención de dejarnos boquiabiertos. Será el séptimo año consecutivo en el que nuestros alumnos residentes disfrutarán de un festival literalmente mágico.

The Spanish magician Jorge Blass directs for the tenth time the International Festival of Magic that is celebrated in the Teatro Circo Price. The best magicians in the world meet in the city of Madrid with the intention of leaving us speechless. It will be the seventh consecutive year in which our resident students will enjoy a literally magical festival.

El próximo martes 25 como colofón final a nuestra fiesta de carnaval disfrutaremos de la película de aventuras y ciencia ficción: “Super 8.” La película sigue la historia de un grupo de niños que están filmando su propia película con una Super 8 cuando un tren se descarrila, liberando una presencia peligrosa en la ciudad.

On Tuesday, the 25th, as the final culmination of our carnival party, we will enjoy the adventure and science fiction movie: “Super 8.” The film follows the story of a group of children who are filming their own movie with a Super 8 when a train is derailed , releasing a dangerous presence in the city.

Hoy, 11 de febrero, se celebra el Día de Internet Segura, “Safer Internet Day”. Un evento que se celebra cada mes de febrero con el objetivo de promover un uso seguro y positivo de las tecnologías digitales, especialmente entre niños y jóvenes.
Este día no solo pretende la creación de una Internet más segura, sino una Internet mejor, para convertirla en un espacio en el que todos hagamos uso de la tecnología de manera responsable, respetuosa, crítica y creativa.

La gran triunfadora de la 92 edición de los Premios Oscars fue “PARÁSITOS” de Bong Joon Ho. Una película de Corea del Sur, estrenada en Estados Unidos con subtítulos hace dos meses, hizo historia de Hollywood el pasado domingo al ser la primera película en lengua no inglesa en ganar el Oscar a la Mejor Película. “Parásitos” se ha convertido a base de ganar muchísimos premios en diferentes eventos y festivales en la película más valorada del pasado año. Consiguió un total de 4 premios Oscars: Mejor Película, Mejor Dirección, Mejor Guion original y Mejor Película Internacional. Saludos.

Yesterday, as we announced at entry 817, the Residence Theater Group, together with the directors of the College and Residence, were able to enjoy the comedy that has already triumphed in more than 30 countries. “The function that goes wrong” gave us an afternoon that went fantastically well.
